By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by any policies referenced in them, including the Risk Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you and that organization.

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not be barred from using the Platform under any applicable law.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations that apply to you, including those of your country, state, or province of residence. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where its content or availability is unlawful is prohibited.

The Platform is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. Content includes market data, analysis, commentary, indicators, signals, models, algorithmic output, and simulated trade examples.

Content may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or superseded at any time, and is presented without any representation that it is suitable for any specific person or purpose.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes individualized investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, commodity, futures contract, option, digital asset, derivative, or other financial instrument.

You should consult appropriately qualified and licensed professionals who can evaluate your individual circumstances before making any financial decision.

Use of the Platform does not create an investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, introducing broker, broker-dealer, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment, or client relationship between you and the Platform, its operators, contributors, developers, or affiliates.

No content should be interpreted as implying endorsement, approval, sponsorship, registration, licensure, or recommendation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the National Futures Association, or any other governmental or regulatory authority.

The Platform operates in PAPER-TRADING / SIMULATION mode. Trades, positions, fills, exits, and profit-and-loss figures displayed are simulated and do not represent actual real-money execution or actual customer accounts.

No real-money order routing or execution is enabled through the Platform unless and until such functionality is expressly and separately enabled in the future, disclosed as such, and accepted by you under any additional terms that may then apply.

Where results are labeled PAPER, SIMULATED, HYPOTHETICAL, MODELED, RECONSTRUCTED, or BACKTESTED, you must treat them as such.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not appropriate for every person. Futures, options, leveraged products, and other speculative instruments can be highly volatile, and certain leveraged products can produce losses exceeding amounts initially deposited.

No representation, warranty, or guarantee is made that any strategy, methodology, signal, analysis, model, algorithm, or example will produce profits, avoid losses, or achieve any particular result. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Hypothetical, simulated, paper-trading, modeled, and backtested performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.

Such results may differ materially from actual results because they may not fully account for liquidity, slippage, partial fills, commissions and fees, spreads, execution latency, market impact, margin requirements, funding costs, emotional decision-making, or changing market conditions.

No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those displayed.

All financial and trading decisions are solely your responsibility. You are expected to conduct your own research and due diligence and to independently evaluate any information obtained from the Platform before acting on it.

You accept full responsibility for the outcomes of any decision you make, whether or not influenced by Platform content.

Market data, quotes, timestamps, and derived analytics may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or unavailable, and may originate from third-party sources whose accuracy and continuity are outside the Platform's control.

The Platform may experience downtime, degraded telemetry, interruptions, data gaps, maintenance windows, or errors. No representation is made that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

The Platform generates signals and analytics using automated scanners, statistical models, rule-based strategies, and algorithmic or machine-assisted analysis. Automated output can be wrong, incomplete, mistimed, or based on assumptions that do not hold in live markets.

Models may be affected by data errors, look-ahead or hindsight effects, overfitting, regime change, parameter selection, contract rolls, or infrastructure failures. Automated output is not a prediction and is not a recommendation to transact.

You must independently evaluate any signal, score, confluence value, projection, or model output before relying on it for any purpose.

The Platform and its content, including software, source code, interface design, text, graphics, logos, marks, models, methodologies, and compilations of data, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for your own personal or internal business purposes. No other rights are granted, whether by implication or otherwise.

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract Platform data; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models except where such restriction is prohibited by law; resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish Platform content or signals without permission; circumvent access controls, subscription gates, authentication, or rate limits; access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access; introduce malware or otherwise interfere with or impair the Platform's operation, security, or infrastructure; or use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harassing purpose.

The Platform may take technical and legal measures to prevent or respond to prohibited use.

The Platform relies on and may link to third-party services, including hosting, database and authentication providers, payment processing, messaging or community channels, and market data sources.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Inclusion of a link or integration does not imply endorsement, and no responsibility is accepted for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Applicable prices, billing intervals, trial terms, and renewal behavior are those displayed on the Platform's pricing or checkout screens at the time you subscribe.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor subject to its own terms.

Prices, plans, and included features may change prospectively. Refunds are handled in accordance with the terms presented at purchase and applicable law.

Where account registration or authentication is available, you are responsible for providing accurate information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity occurring under your account.

You should notify the Platform operators promptly of any suspected unauthorized use. Access may be limited by subscription status or entitlement, and access controls may change over time.

The Platform, its features, pricing, data coverage, monitored instruments, and content may be modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, including for suspected violation of these Terms, for security reasons, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, its operators, owners, contributors, developers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost trading opportunities, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid for access to the Platform during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its operators, owners, contributors, developers, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim arises from the indemnified party's own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or where such an obligation would be unenforceable under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the state and federal courts located in North Carolina will be the venue for such disputes.

This provision does not apply where mandatory law of your place of residence requires a different governing law or forum. Where required by applicable law, you retain any non-waivable rights to bring a claim in your local courts or before a competent consumer authority.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before commencing formal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Risk Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform operators regarding the Platform and supersede prior understandings on that subject. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date on this page.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You should review this page periodically.
